• We deliver within 2 working days within Chennai and for all other locations it will be within 7 working days.

• In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. • For shipments outside Chennai (Within India) Octroi charges (if any), has to be borne by the customer.

What is the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee?

If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided by Us, you can return it and get a replacement without extra cost.

1. The 30days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
2. The product replacement shall be done without any extra charges

Keep the following things in mind before sending the product for replacement.Products has to be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging included in the product when delivered.

1. We dont accept returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products.
2. Customers should notify any damage or defect within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the products. Supreme India wont reserves the right to accept or reject such request.
