• We ship to any location across India. Please note there are restrictions on some product and places, where shipping is not possible.

• Delivery within Chennai is FREE of cost.

• Delivery charges for regions other than Chennai will be as per actuals and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.

• We deliver within 2 working days within Chennai and for all other locations it will be within 7 working days.

• In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

• For shipments outside Chennai (Within India) Octroi charges (if any), has to be borne by the customer.

• To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.

• Tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped.

• We ship from Monday through saturday excluding public holidays.

• If you feel that the packing is tampered before the deliverey of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

• All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.

7 Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer you a 7 day replacement from the date of delivery of product, subject to the following conditions

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee, viz:

• Any product that has physical damage to the box or to the product

• Any product that is returned without all original packing and accessories. This includes box, manuals, cables, and any other item/s originally included with the product at the time of delivery

• Any products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
